Liverpool winger Harvey Elliott was in the away end at Stamford Bridge yesterday, watching on as the Reds extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to five points once again.
The 16-year-old, who signed from Fulham during the summer, could feature at MK Dons on Wednesday night and has been impressing in training already at Melwood, where he has gone straight in with the first team.
He would have liked what he was seeing as Trent Alexander-Arnold slammed home a free-kick and then Roberto Firmino added a second with a header, which proved to be the winning goal on the day.
@HarveyElliott07 in the away end today, enjoyed seeing @LFC beat his old rivals…. Class. 👏🏽

It would be nice to see Elliott get some game-time on Wednesday in the Carabao Cup, though the U21s are also playing at the same time against Fleetwood Town in the EFL Trophy and it might be that he will feature in that one instead.
Sooner rather than later, though, Elliott is going to be featuring for the Reds senior team on the pitch rather than in the stands.
