There are often a few moments in a game that stand out as truly match-winning. These are usually goals or dramatic saves by goalkeepers.
But in the case of Liverpool versus Sheffield United, it was a block by Andy Robertson which, without, would have forced Adrian to make a save.
John Fleck done well to carve himself out a chance, by wrong-footing Fabinho, but his fellow Scot blocked his attempt on goal.
The shot looked good so it’s hard to say whether Adrian would have got down to stop it. The follow-up was also turned away by Virgil van Dijk – thus giving the Spaniard very little to do.
