Against Maribor tonight, Liverpool took an early lead against our Slovenian opponents thanks to Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino.
Salah pounced onto a lost ball on the right-wing, but showed ridiculous speed to get there ahead of the next defender, before then squaring to Firmino who couldn’t miss.
It was the Brazilian’s first goal in six matches and his fourth of the season.
Hopefully, we can go on to win comfortably.
