Liverpool will spend the next two weeks manically trimming the squad rather than bringing too many in, we imagine.
And today, two players exited, for different reasons.
The first is Allan Rodrigues de Souza, who will play in the Bundesliga for Frankfurt, the club who brilliantly won the German Cup last term against Bayern Munich.

We have doubts he’ll ever actually play for the first-team, but wish him luck on his second German adventure after a previous spell at HSV.
Next is Shamal George, the talented keeper who’s signed a contract extension but will spend some time at Tranmere to get first-team football.
He’ll playing between the sticks though, and not outfield, as he did during a friendly in 2016!
