Gini Wijnaldum’s effort against Arsenal has won March’s award for Premier League Goal of the Month.
The Dutchman capped off a 3-1 Anfield win against the Gunners a few weeks back, in what was a stunning team effort.
Adam Lallana picked the ball up in his own half before brilliantly turning an Arsenal midfielder inside out and delivering a beautiful ball to Divock Origi who broke down the right. The Belgian then delivered an inch-perfect cross to Wijnaldum, who finished first time to send the Kop crazy.

It was a really brilliant effort, and following Saturday’s victory over Everton, we may have a chance for April’s Goal of the Month as well – with Coutinho bagging an absolute beauty.
Our Brazilian has a penchant for the spectacular, and his effort was a pure moment of individual genius rather than Wijnaldum’s team goal.
