Today, they submitted their third offer of the transfer window for Coutinho, said to be up to €125m (£114m). Liverpool though, as they have with the first two – immediately rejected the offer and reminded our Spanish friends that the Brazilian is not for sale.

Before Coutinho handed in his transfer request, exactly a week ago today, Liverpool released a statement which categorically stated that our no.10 will not be sold this window.
