We’re not sure if this fan account was doing it just for the views, but @Manchesterspeak has racked up almost 1,000 RTs for a tweet comparing his side to Liverpool…
He says that despite his team being five points ahead of us in the league, he’d rather watch Liverpool, who play a significantly more exciting brand of football than Jose Mourinho’s ‘dull,’ ‘boring’ outfit.

The tweet was sent after our thrilling 2-2 draw with Spurs at Anfield – another match we’ve been involved in that was a contender for ‘Game of the Season’.

They wouldn’t admit it, but we’re sure there’s thousands of United fans who feel the same.
Watching their team play is monumentally boring, even with world-class players like Anthony Martial, Paul Pogba and now Alexis Sanchez.
Mourinho does win trophies, but he’ll never gain fans for the manner in which he does it.
Still, there’s plenty of Liverpool fans who’d swap our exciting football for some silverware, which is fair enough having won just one League Cup in 12 years.
Hopefully under Jurgen Klopp, we can eventually combine both: great football and trophies.
