Besiktas boss to pull Karius out of firing line as he’s worried about pressure on German
Dom King of the Daily Mail has confirmed this news via Twitter.
This story about Loris Karius potentially returning to Liverpool: it can’t happen. Besiktas have signed a two-year deal and couldn’t just send him back on a whim. Added fact is Besiktas are happy with his form 🔴

Well that’s that, then!
In truth, we already knew there was no chance of Karius ever returning to Liverpool.
With Alisson between our sticks, there simply isn’t any room or need for the German in our squad.
Simon Mignolet is currently on the bench behind the Brazilian, so our goalkeeping position is very well guarded for the first since Pep Reina.
There’s a chance that Mignolet will demand an exit at some point, which is fair enough considering his age and the amount of time he hasn’t been playing first-team football, so in that case, we’ll need to sign another understudy.
There’ll be plenty on the market of course and the club is likely already exploring possibilities, although ideally Mignolet would remain a red until the summer.
