The official Liverpool club website have confirmed the 21-man Liverpool squad that are making the trip to Portugal on Tuesday to face up against FC Porto in Wednesday’s quarter-final second leg.
We’re glad to see that Joe Gomez will be on the plane with the Reds after he got an hour of action for the U23s as Neil Critchley’s side thrashed Leicester 6-0 on Sunday. However, it’s unlikely the 21-year-old will start against Porto.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also played in that game and make key contributions in his first-half appearance. Unfortunately, he will be staying behind as he carries on with fitness training at Melwood.
Dejan Lovren is another notable absence and will not be flying out on Tuesday due to illness.
We’ve got a healthy 2-0 advantage from the first leg at Anfield and crucially denied Porto an away goal in the tie. Let’s get the business done on Wednesday night, Reds!
The Reds squad in full is as follows:
Fabinho, Van Dijk, Wijnaldum, Milner, Keita, Firmino, Mane, Salah, Gomez, Alisson, Henderson, Sturridge, Moreno, Lallana, Mignolet, Shaqiri, Robertson, Origi, Matip, Kelleher, Alexander-Arnold.
