Daniel Sturridge has penned an emotional message of thanks to the Reds after it was revealed that he was to leave the club when his contract expires next month.
The forward has struggled with injuries for much of his Reds career, but he has shown his quality over his seven seasons.
Some of the goals that he scored in 2013/14 were simply stunning and that season was an indication of how good he could have been had injuries been kinder to him.
The sensational strike in the Europa League final against Sevilla was another that was a brilliant moment of magic, although that has quickly been forgotten because of the result.

Rhian Brewster is expected to be the man to step up into Sturridge’s role at the club, with the young forward set to play a much greater part next season.
Brewster has impressed for the youth teams and has been training with the first team for a number of months, where he also completed his rehab from a long-term injury.
It shows how highly-rated he is that the club trust him to replace an established pro like Sturridge – significant boots to fill.
