Sadio Mane is best ‘all-round’ finisher in England & this stat proves it

Three players shared the Premier League Golden Boot in Sadio Mane, Mo Salah and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this season just gone – but for us – Mane’s goalscoring feat was the most impressive.

The reason being is that firstly, like Salah, he plays on the wing – and not upfront like Auba.

What separates Mo and Sadio in 2018/19, domestically, anyway, is that Mane didn’t score any penalties…

So his 22 PL goals are of slightly more value, for us.

A new stat is doing the rounds, however, that truly shows what an underrated and brilliant all-round attacker our Senegalese no.10 truly is.

Mane was the only player to score 5+ goals with his right, his left and his head.

Our flyer is fairly stocky and short in stature, but has an unbelievable ability to rise high and provide us an aerial threat, which was on display all season long.

Next term, Mane and Salah will hope to continue their exploits in front of goal, with Roberto Firmino pitching in with 20-odd.

Then hopefully the likes of Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain can get close to double figures themselves.
