Liverpool are now among the top clubs interested in Crystal Palace starlet Zion Atta, a 14-year-old striker signed from Milwall just last year.
The Reds and Spurs are said to be the most interested in the youngster’s services, according to TEAMtalk, but Man City, United and Chelsea are also looking at him.
The same report suggests that Atta is unlikely to want to leave Palace because of how well the move has progressed for far – remember, he only joined last year.
Staying at Palace is likely the best option for the young lad, at the minute, but with Jurgen Klopp having already moved for Harvey Elliott and Sepp van den Berg, it wouldn’t be a big surprise to see him at Anfield in the future.
That being said, can you remember being 14-years-old? As much as it’d be exciting to have clubs like Spurs and Liverpool interested in you, I’m not so sure he’d be ready to swap the South East for the North West.
If he did move on, I’d be more expecting of him to join up with Spurs or Chelsea, instead of making the move up to Liverpool or Manchester.
But it sounds like fans should keep their eyes on Atta, should he decide that Red is his colour, as he’s highly regarded at Crystal Palace.
