This is an unbelievable piece of transfer news from this morning…
Juventus are set to sell arguably the world’s best central defender Leanardo Bonucci to AC Milan for just £35m.
He’s 30-years-old, but that kind of figure in today’s market for a player of such calibre is monstrously underpriced, especially considering Chelsea and Manchester City were rumoured to be willing to pay almost double that earlier in the year…
Shock transfer of the summer. Juventus about to sell Bonucci – arguably best centre back in the world – to AC Milan for £35m

AC Milan are not even competing in next year’s Champions League, but are making enormous moves in the transfer market since their billionaire takeover.
In this day and age, centre-backs go for ludicrous sums. John Stones cost over £50m, as did David Luiz once – while both Manchester clubs throw multimillions at this kind of defender every summer.
Liverpool are willing to go up to £70m for Virgil van Dijk, who at the moment, cannot tie Bonucci’s boots.
Reports suggest that the Italy man has fallen out with Allegri, but didn’t want to leave his homeland – making Milan one of few viable options – but it didn’t stop LFC fans lamenting us missing out on his signature!
If available for 35m why aren't the likes of lfc city arsenal going in?

Why arent we going in then? Considering the only thing we can't do is defend 50% of the time!

I hope Bonucci somehow finds himself signing a contract with Liverpool instead of AC Milan.
