Big smiles on our faces today after an incredible performance yesterday.

Better than the football result yesterday, a proposal by the Labour Government wants to give football back to the fans more…
(I do not usually get involved in other countries elections but if this proposal is viable and in no way able to be challenged by the courts then I might have to make a political endorsement for the sake of our club and for the sake of football.)

Rafa happy with yesterday’s performance more…
(Y.N.W.A. we are all happy)

The Gaffer claims that Maxi can help us make 4th more…
(Maxi was awesome yesterday, I loved all those passes with Gerrard, it was really fun to watch. I am still waiting for that Maxi-Goal however)

Guillem Balague “Torres will be a Liverpool player next season” more…
(I am bouncing already and still haven’t had my coffee)

El Nino Supremo goal-scorer claims that the best is the yet to come more…
(Nando, you said that last week and I said “we must be in for a treat”, you awarded us with 2 goals again and one of them was simply incredible :-) )

Glen Johnson “The Dressing Room Believes” more…
(After yesterday’s performance even Stan Collymore believes :-) )

Carra believes that Torres is the best striker in the world more…
(So do millions of us :-) )

And there is word that the deal for Jovanovic has stalled more…
(We can’t even get free players now)

Stevie G. sets his career objectives  more…
(I like it as long at the title is with Liverpool :-) )

Mourinho is staying at Inter more…
(Why would he want to move when he can get his Armani suits straight from the source?)

As far as finishing 4th is concerned read this…
(I am sure it will put a smile on your face however let us focus on beating Brum and worry about the rest after)

And finally Jamie Redknapp swallows  his words as he claims that Xabi Alonso was excellent when Liverpool beat Man Utd 4-1 last season more…
(Slight Problem Jamie, XABI DID NOT PLAY, ROFL, MAJOR FAIL)

  1. Antoine,

I am a regular reader of your daily news and I enjoy it. Up until today! Please do not get involved in any poltical endorsements or debates. This government at the moment is using any possible proposals to anyone for anything to win votes. This proposal will amount to nothing. Stay out of politics and give us news on Liverpool.

    Regards,
    Paul

  2. No I have to agree, political endorsements are not required at all. Lets be honest no matter what any party says it’s going to be a lie anyway, so best stay out of politics and stick to football!

  3. I’m afraid your missing the point Antoine. This will not help Liverpool. It is an absolutely useless and meaningless act by a political party desperate for votes that will say anything.

Nothing will happen with this and please stay clear of national politics on here.

This will never help Liverpool as it is as real as Nani having talent! Or as Lumplard being able to score without a deflection! Or as real as Ronaldo having integrity! Or as real as Neville being signed by Liverpool!

    Get it?

    Paul

    1. No I do not Paul, remember I grew up in Malta so I know a thing or two about British politics, my brothers and my sister were all born in England.

I am not just a regular Yank.

  4. I would say also stay away from this as well, it’s horrid to see this, yes it could be great for the game, but then I thought we were all moaning we wanted loads of money a minute ago, no person will bother to actually invest in the clubs if the fans have too much of a say, look how some people have been wayyy to rash with comments regarding players, owners and management. If it was up to some of these people I can only see the plight of the club going from bad to worse IMHO.

This is not be defending Hick and Gillete, just mearly pointing out, by giving fans who have the money to contribute a big say in how the club is governed, is this actually a good idea?

  5. I am not accsuing you of being anyhting Antoine. I enjoy your posts but please don’t bring pointless politics or political endorsments into your posts.

This will not help Liverpool because it is as empty as Ferdinands head and not real!

  6. This is pure electioneering. It will never happen. More importantly, it will never happen to Liverpool.
