RM- Jordon Ibe 6
The winger displayed plenty of ability once again, and showed why he could be one of the most exciting talents in the side. His end product still needs work, but that will come. There was an opportunity in the second-half to lay the ball off to Philippe Coutinho, but he instead attempted a shot from a very acute angle.
CM- Jordan Henderson 6
He tried to drive the midfield forward throughout the game, but his passing was at times, wayward. His energy helped motivate the side right until the final whistle.
CM- Steven Gerrard 7
It was one of those days for Gerrard. He couldn’t produce the magic one more time, but no doubt deserved the incredible reception he received throughout the game. He will be missed.
LM- Alberto Moreno 7
Fairly exciting going forward, and looked like he could create chances for his teammates. His weakness is still defending, which is a problem if deployed as a wing-back.
