AM) Roberto Firmino (£29m, Hoffenheim)
The latest addition to our armoury. Everything is pointing towards him being a good addition for us, although let’s hope that the media doesn’t place too much pressure on him. He’s still young and needs to be given time.
ST) Luis Suarez (£22.8m, Ajax)
One of the deadliest strikers in Liverpool’s history. If it were not for the controversy that has littered much of his career then he surely would be ranked alongside the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
ST) Andy Carroll (£35m, Newcastle United)
The big man has never managed to live up to his early hype from back when he was a Newcastle player. Injuries have taken their toll and now he seems to be nothing more than a glorified target man trying to get on the end of long balls from the back at West Ham.
