Mourinho’s Hillsborough comments are possibly the first time Liverpool fans will agree with him

Jose Mourinho has been echoing Jurgen Klopp comments about the need for respect between the two sets of fans when we face Man Utd at Anfield on Monday night.

The last few encounters between the two sides have sadly seen some disgraceful chanting from both teams’ supporters.

Klopp had spoken about his desire to do battle on the pitch rather in the stand, and Mourinho backs him up.

We’re certainly not Mourinho fans, but he’s hit the nail on the head here — have a read:

“In football you have some football tragedies,” said Mourinho. “You lose a big match or make a mistake. You can make fun of it.

“Human tragedy is something much more serious. It is the last thing someone should use in a football pitch. Really big tragedies are serious.” (BBC).
