Adam Lallana looks a doubt for Liverpool’s weekend clash with Watford after missing midweek training at Melwood.
This is according to the Watford Observer, who noted the Englishman, whose campaign has been ruined by injuries, wasn’t part of the first-team squad being worked by Jurgen Klopp and his coaching staff.

There’s been no word from the club, but the fact Lallana has only started one Premier League game this term is quite telling.
In 2016/17, he was one of our standout players, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to see where he fits into Klopp’s long-term plans, especially considering he’s now in his thirties and Naby Keita is arriving in the summer.
Less than a year ago, Lallana was regarded as an automatic starter for England, too, but now his place at the World Cup appears in jeopardy.
What Lallana needs is to increase his match fitness with minutes, but it’s the business end of the season and Klopp will quite rightly select his best XI every game.
We’d actually like Lallana to start in our midfield three more often, as he provides a deftness which the others lack, but we’d be surprised if he made the team for Saturday now.
