Captain Jordan Henderson was criticised for giving the ball away a few times in the first-half against Watford, but we actually think his performance was good in the main.
He dominated possession, kept us ticking over and picked the right moment to move us forward.
After all, we won 5-0… why would fans try and criticise?!

LFC fans will rejoice over Salah’s ‘honest’ pledge…
The skipper though wasn’t asked about his own showing after the game, but that of Mo Salah, the Egyptian phenomenon who scored four goals and registered an assist to boot!
Henderson told reporters what he wrote on our no.11’s match ball, but wouldn’t go as far to say he’s better than Luis Suarez, who famously scored four amazing goals against Norwich at Anfield in 2013!
“Everyone did (signed) the ball for him,” Henderson told the Echo.
“I just kept it simple for him. I just said ‘Well done superstar’.”
“They are both fantastic players in their own right and you can’t compare them. They are different players.
“I know they score a lot of goals and both work hard off the ball but it is very difficult to make that comparison. They are both so good in their own right.
“Which was the best performance? I’ll have to watch the goals back! I remember Luis had a couple of nutmegs and that 40-yarder… look, they are just both fantastic players.
“Luis moved on to Barcelona and is doing fantastically well. He is a fantastic player who I was privileged to play with.
“But Mo this season has been unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. He is doing it every week, without fail. He’s a great lad in the dressing room and to have around the place. He is a big plus to have in the team.”
Unlike Suarez, Salah seems happy at Liverpool and has yet to speak about potential moves to Spain.
Hopefully, that means he’ll stay on Merseyside a while longer, as he holds the key to our chances of silverware under Jurgen Klopp.
This term, we’re fighting for a top four spot, but more importantly, are still in the Champions League, with two mouthwatering ties against arguably Europe’s best side Manchester City on the horizon.
