Mo Salah has asked Liverpool’s physiotherapist Ruben Pons to go to the World Cup with him, and the Egyptian FA are ok with it!
Egyptian media channel Youm7 have reported the news, which has been translated by DaveOCKop.
This season, Salah has played 51 games, largely because of how brilliantly he’s been handled by Jurgen Klopp and the fitness team behind the scenes.

Before worrying about Egypt’s World Cup though, Salah has a Champions League Final to win.
Liverpool’s no.11 will hope to do the damage in Kiev that could see us pick up the European Cup for the sixth time.
If he does so, then he can realistically expect to be in contention for the Ballon d’Or, especially if he does well in Russia as well.
Individual awards are not his concern though – which is one of the reasons we love him so much.
What we are certain about though is that a fit and firing Salah could tear Real Madrid’s ageing defence apart.
