Mo Salah has notched 51 goals since arriving from AS Roma in the summer of 2017, and as a result, he’s regarded as one of the world’s most lethal goalscorers.
But he’s also a brilliant creative menace, too – as was displayed on Saturday against Cardiff – when he made our third for Xherdan Shaqiri and our fourth for Sadio Mane with wonderfully weighted passes.
Overall, Salah is on 17 assists for Liverpool, which is a huge amount. To put it into context, assist king Mesut Ozil has 15 over the exact same period of time.
Last week, Salah scored four times and registered three assists, so we think his apparent slow start to the season is well and truly over!
It was around this time last term that he really started motoring, and we think it’s going to happen again.
All in all, Mo got 44 goals in 2017/18, and while we’re not expecting him to reach that figure, we think, providing he stays fit, 30+ is more than achievable.
