The line-up that has been selected certainly has enough quality to win the game on paper, as well as giving Trent Alexander-Arnold a rest to prepare for Napoli and Manchester United. Jordan Henderson is also left out, presumably with Tuesday in mind, while Sadio Mane is fit to make the bench.
All three points are required for the Reds to go top of the table ahead of Chelsea v Manchester City later today – and with that team, they should be able to do it.
