Football is full of rivalries and sometimes it isn’t always easy following a heavy defeat – but Bournemouth fans showed their class by giving Mo Salah a round of applause as he left the field at the Vitality Stadium.

It was Salah’s best performance of the season where he scored three goals from just four shots, clinically dispatching of chances when they came his way, and it was a nice touch from the home fans to recognise that.

Salah had given Steve Cook, in particular, a torrid time in the game as he ran rings around the central defender for large periods.
Hopefully, he’s saved up enough goals for Tuesday night against Napoli!
