Remember earlier in the season when Jordan Pickford gave an interview about Alisson’s mistake v Leicester – claiming he ‘wouldn’t blunder’ like that?
We can imagine he very much wishes he hadn’t given it, in all honesty.
Yesterday, the Englishman endured an absolute nightmare against Newcastle, making mistakes which saw Everton throw away their 2-0 lead at St. James’ Park to lose 3-2.

Reds (again) linked with Napoli midfielder ‘like De Bruyne’ that Klopp is ‘insistent’ on
He also should have seen red for a rugby tackle on Salmon Rondon; and made a fool of himself by laughing at the Newcastle fans halfway through the second-half.
Alisson, on the other hand, has picked up 17 clean-sheets this term and has undeniably been the best stopper in the top flight.
We wonder if there’s any Everton fans who’d still rather Pickford than our world-class Brazilian?!

Mentally, it would appear that Jordan Pickford was all over the place yesterday. Erratic for the penalty, but his behaviour in general was a little bizarre. Often thought Joe Hart failed to control his emotions at times and it proved costly. #EFC #NUFC
