Raheem Sterling left Liverpool under a cloud in 2015 when he forced his way out to join Manchester City in a deal worth £49 million, a very good price at the time but one that looks much better value for them now.
The England winger, who scored more than 20 times last season, is not a fans favourite at Anfield anymore, but he has made a comment that Reds fans will like.
Sterling has admitted that he likes to play as Liverpool when he’s playing the popular video game FIFA. The former Reds winger was asked who his prefered team is when he plays the game.
He answered, as per the Daily Mirror: “Usually PSG… and I shouldn’t say this but Liverpool…”
It’s all set to be another great battle between the Reds and Manchester City next season in the Premier League. We pretty much know that PSG will win the League 1 next season – hopefully Sterling’s other FIFA favourite will be title winners as well.
