Iker Casillas was as wowed by Liverpool as the rest of the football world today.
The former Real Madrid keeper took to Twitter to explain his feelings about our front-three – saying it’s ‘Hard to find a trident like this: Salah, Firmino & Mane’.
Difícil encontrar un tridente como este: Salah, Firmino & Mane 👍

Salah scored our second goal of the game with a superb header, following Andy Robertson’s cross.
Then Mane made it 3-0 with his own header after Jordan Henderson delivered an outstanding ball…
Firmino was withdrawn fairly early on, but his performance in the second-half was special before being taken off.
The skills on display in tight situations were exemplary.
In terms of Salah, it was easily the Egyptian’s best performance of the season before he was subbed in the 87th minute.
Mane’s goal makes it 11 for the season – meaning he’s well on track to better the 26 he registered in 2018/29.
Casillas is a football legend so the fact he took time out to recognise the greatness of our forwards is something special, to be honest.
We’re so, so lucky to have them.
