We have just beaten Chelsea 2-1 thanks to first-half goals from Jordan Henderson and Dejan Lovren.
Diego Costa pulled one back from the Blues, but we held on for a massive three points.

Here’s how our player fared on an individual basis:
GK: Simon Mignolet – 7.5/10 – Couldn’t do much about the goal. Generally commanding in his 6-yard box.
LB: James Milner – 8/10 – Up and down, up and down, up and down. Turning into a quality left-back.
CB: Joel Matip – 8/10 – A slight error in the Chelsea goal, but by-and-large another great performance.
CB: Dejan Lovren – 8.5/10 – Lovely goal to get us started, and a rock at the back.
RB: Nathaniel Clyne – 8/10 – Starting to build a fantastic understanding with Mane on the right flank.
CM: Jordan Henderson – 8.5/10 – Second consecutive high-quality performance from the club captain. Scored a wonderful goal to boot.
CM: Gini Wijnaldum – 8.5/10 – Wijnaldum is very unassuming on the eye, but he’s performing a wonderful role in the centre of the park, incredibly composed.
CM: Adam Lallana – 8.5/10 – Another all-action performance from Lallana, endless working to win the ball back.
AML: Philippe Coutinho – 7.5/10 – Looked utterly exhausted when he went off.
AMR: Sadio Mane – 8/10 – A great first half, faded a bit after the break.
ST: Daniel Sturridge – 7/10 – Withdrawn on 56 minutes, but showed plenty of nice link-up play.
SUBSTITUTES
ST: Divock Origi – 7/10 – Struggled to influence the game after playing the 35 minutes. Unlucky not to get the third goal with ten minutes to go.
DM: Lucas – 7.5/10 – Gave away a daft free-kick with a couple of minutes to go, but played a vital role in calming the game down in the last 10 minutes.
DM: Kevin Stewart – N/A – Played last two minutes.
