I’ve got a copy of this framed at home, they published it in 1992 in the reds centenary history book. It wasn’t so much a company that owned Anfield. It was John (Honest) Houlding also known as ‘King John of Everton’ who subsequently split form his partner over a dispute over rent. He later went on to be lord mayor of Liverpool too.
