Few people need reminding of how big a match Liverpool versus Manchester United is, but there is something about Monday night’s game that makes it feel that extra bit important.
While two managers such as Jurgen Klopp and Jose Mourinho coming face to face is enough to get pulses racing, it is the fact that both sides are very clearly challenging at the top of the league that makes this such a crucial encounter.
It will be interesting to see how well both sets of players have recovered after a disruptive international break and, more importantly, whether or not we can continue our good run of form.
