This is the kind of goal that wins Premier League titles.
In the 94th minute of the derby, Daniel Sturridge’s left-foot shot cannoned off the post and Sadio Mane gobbled up the rebound, earning us the three points at Goodison and another win over our city neighbours.
(We can’t actually refer to them as rivals anymore, can we?)
Sadio Mane was called overpriced, inconsistent and everything in between when we signed him in the summer.
What a load of rubbish. Brilliant signing.
