LFC want exciting Borussia Dortmund prodigy [Not Pulisic]

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will make a second attempt to sign Turkish talent Emre More this summer, having missed out on the playmaker to his former club Borussia Dortmund a year ago.

That’s according to the Express, and the Echo has picked up on the story this morning.

They suggest that with Roma currently pricing us out of a move for Mo Salah, Liverpool are considering Mor as an option, as well as Gelson Martins, whose club Sporting Lisbon we’ve already contacted about a potential deal.

19-year-old Mor has ten caps for Turkey already, but due to the likes of Ousmane Dembele and our former target Christian Pulisic in wide-attacking positions for Dortmund, the youngster was restricted to 11 Bundesliga appearances in 2016/17.

He’s a small, tricky playmaker though, and not the kind of dynamic rapid attacker Salah is.

Though talented, at the moment there’s no comparison, and if we did go for Mor, we’d hope to buy a senior attacker as well. The Salah deal isn’t dead, but Roma want significantly more than £35m, which Liverpool feel is a fair price for the Egyptian flyer.
