Coutinho may not only be targeted by Barcelona next summer, but PSG too, with Telefoot suggesting he’s their 2018 priority.
The Brazilian has been exceptional when fit this term, although injuries have stunted his progress.
He missed this weekend’s win against Huddersfield with a groin problem which could keep him out against Maribor and West Ham this week as well.
PSG's absolute summer transfer window priority is Liverpool attacking midfielder Philippe Coutinho, according to Téléfoot.

His class cannot be questioned though, as demonstrated by his seven goal involvements in the same number of starts.
When he’s fit, Coutinho is an automatic starter in our side, whether that’s in midfield or advanced on the left.
He’s equally as effective in both roles, although we prefer to see him deeper as it means Mo Salah and Sadio Mane are in the side on the flanks.
We don’t think Phil will still be a Liverpool player next term, but expect the sum which sees him leave the club to be astronomical.
It would have to be close to the £200m PSG already spent on Neymar.
This means Jurgen Klopp’s future budgets are going to be enormous, although he’s so far found it difficult to get offers accepted on the players he’s made priorities.
