The 18-year-old will cost us only £200k, although there’s expected to be many add-ons that will become active if he enjoys a strong career at Anfield.

But who is the teenager?
Gallacher had been on trial with Liverpool’s Academy and impressed sufficiently for the club to complete a deal. It’s been confirmed by James Pearce that he’ll join Neil Critchley’s U23 squad rather than Jurgen Klopp’s first-team, originally.
In total, Gallacher made 26 appearances for Falkirk’s first-team having spent his childhood at his boyhood club as well.
He made his SPL debut aged 16, demonstrating what a talent he is.
Gallacher has caps for Scotland’s U16s and U17s and could actually make his LFC U23 debut as soon as this Sunday – with Critchley’s side facing Derby County.
Stylistically, Gallacher is feisty, short and possesses a wicked left-foot. He can dribble, but has the tenacity to cover back. In many ways, he’s actually quite similar to his countryman Andrew Robertson.
