United have an FA Cup Final on Saturday, but if they lose to Chelsea and Liverpool beat Real Madrid, Neville plans on going AWOL this summer!
“Make no mistake about it, this could be the season from hell,” he told the Telegraph. “I mean, Manchester City have won the title [by 19 points], they’ve won two trophies. If Liverpool now win the European Cup and Chelsea beat United in the FA Cup final, to be honest I might go travelling for a year to somewhere where there’s no Wi-Fi or phone signal.”
Now it’s up to Jurgen Klopp and his players to make this happen.
We take on Real Madrid on May 26th in Kiev, in search of our sixth European Cup.
Real Madrid though are looking for their 13th overall and third consecutively under Zinedine Zidane – which is already an incredible achievement.
If any team can scare the lights out of Madrid though, it’s one managed by a Klopp team with fresh legs and a ferocious, pressing attitude.
The final is in nine days’ time…
The nerves are beginning to grow!
