The American’s father has described the links as ‘hogwash,’ stating that as of yet, there’s no concrete offers or discussions with any of the mooted potential suitors.

The teenager is regarded as one of the best young playmakers on the planet and worked under Jurgen Klopp during the German’s time at Borussia Dortmund.

Liverpool made an £11m bid for Pulisic back in 2016 [Telegraph], but his value would be closer to ten times that, now.

“He was linked to Tottenham. Last week it was Liverpool. The week before Man United. The week before this – it’s hogwash,” Pulisic senior told Sky Sports.

“He’s linked with a different club every week. I have no idea. His agent right now is working and looking, in close relation with me and Christian, and we’re just trying to see what the best phase of his next development will be.

“Now is the time that the season has just ended that we’ll sit down with Dortmund, we’ll sit down with, I don’t know whether others clubs are in the mix, [and see what] Dortmund’s idea is and their plans for Christian.

“But there’s nothing concrete. Right now, Christian plays for Dortmund and that’s where he is planning on playing again next year.”

To be honest, we’d prefer Nabil Fekir anyway, who is more experienced, contributes more goals and assists, and is a natural leader.

The 24-year-old is a definite target [Independent], although there’s no word as to if or when we’ll be able to finalise the transfer.

Fekir is currently on international duty with France, and although we’d ideally like to wrap up the exciting seal before the World Cup, we wouldn’t bet on it at this stage.
