Salah: What I do with ‘Friend’ Mane in Dressing Room proves there’s no rivalry

Mo Salah has rubbished the quite ridiculous suggestions of a rift between himself and Sadio Mane, which were again discussed online following a few misplaced passes in the Liverpool’s 2-1 win over Spurs.

Liverpool have won five from five in the Premier League this season, so we’re really not sure why these claims have been made at all!

Mane literally made one bad decision, but thankfully his pal Salah has put the nonsense to bed.

“We are friends, we speak a lot! Generally, all 3 of us [including Firmino] sit in the dressing room together, right after matches. There is a real solidarity between us, as we do not care who scores the most or first,” he told France Football, cited by GFFN

As a front-three, Salah, Mane and Firmino have eight Premier League goals this term, with a Champions League campaign with PSG about to begin tomorrow evening.

Last season, European competition brought the best out of our strikers, as the competition wasn’t used to their pace, power and ability on the counter.

PSG are not going to sit back at Anfield, so we’re going to have chances to score goals, even if they manage to keep the ball for periods.
