Divock Origi had the chance to become a Liverpool hero again today, but missed when it looked easier to score.
The Belgian striker hit the bar from 3-yards out, and was tellingly not offside, which it looked like he might have been initially.
We’ve barely seen Origi this season and it would have been an incredible moment, but sadly it wasn’t meant to be…
In games like this and at moments like that, any Liverpool player simply has to put the ball in the back of the net.
We’d be surprised if Origi is involved again in the near future – as the rest of these Liverpool fans also thought.
Is that Origi or Lukaku up front for Liverpool? What a miss from one metre out!!!

One minute Origi makes a good run and has people wondering whether he should get more chances and the next he misses a chance from two yards to eliminate those thoughts.
