You may have heard Trent Alexander-Arnold’s song while watching on an internet stream last night – or in person if you were at the game!
A few months back, Jurgen Klopp requested the Kop create a chant for our young right-back – and it was heard in the stadium during the 5-0 demolition of Watford.

Trent’s performance proves Liverpool need a new right-back this summer
Trent got three assists and put in his best individual performance of the season – so it was perhaps only right for him to receive a serenade!
The Kop magazine tweeted the lyrics and below, you can see the man himself also taking to social media to thank fans for its creation.
New Trent chant (to the tune of And Now Yer Gonna Believe Us) tonight:

He’s Alexander-Arnold,
He’s Alexander-Arnold,
The Scouser in our team’#LFC #LIVWAT #PremierLeague— Kop Magazine (@TheKopMagazine) February 27, 2019

We’ve missed the 20-year-old this season when he’s been unavailable, and his outing v Watford proves he should be an automatic starter from now until the summer.
If he’s this good now – imagine what kind of player we’ll be dealing with when he reaches his prime!?
