Mohamed Salah is currently enjoying a well deserved break while the European Liverpool players lucky enough to represent their nations fight for EURO 2020 qualification.
Taking to Instagram this morning, the Egyptian star posted a photograph of himself on a white sand beach with a stunning backdrop of the ocean.
It’s unclear as to where Salah is holidaying but one thing is for sure – he’s always got Liverpool on his mind.
The winger has arranged pebbles in the sand to say ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ to create an image that you’d expect to purchase from the tourist shop in the Albert Dock.
The post had over 600,000 likes just an hour after it was posted with a frenzy of fans in the comments.
“THE EGYPTIAN KING. Well deserved rest, return full of energy and win us the title Mo,” said Aasim Mohamed.
Some other fans went for a simple “#YNWA” in response, but a number of fans have sarcastically pointed out that Mo’s walking alone in the photograph.
Liverpool host Spurs in the Premier League at the end of the month and we’re hoping Mo gets himself back on the score sheet.
