Liverpool are reportedly in the market for a winger this summer – according to L’Equipe – via GFFN, the Reds are interested in £60million-rated Lille star Nicolas Pepe.
But Jurgen Klopp need not break the bank for cover for Mohamed Salah as there’s already a gem contracted to the club that can do that.
Harry Wilson spent last season on loan at Derby, and while I’m not suggesting the Welshman is up to the standard of Pepe, he can definitely do a job for us.
With Xherdan Shaqiri seemingly going nowhere, the winger can provide further cover on the right wing as the Reds will hopefully look to progress in the domestic cups.
Wilson bagged 18 goals last season in 49 games in all competitions for Derby, and totted up six assists – an impressive return which earned him a nomination for the EFL Young Player of the Year award.
