LFC fansite claims Reds have signed rising star from under Barça & Real Madrid’s noses

Liverpool fan-site The Red Debate – who also put out a popular podcast – have claimed the Reds have completed the signing of Fulham’s Harvey Elliott.

The teenager became the youngest player to ever play in the Premier League when he made his debut back in Spring aged just 16 years and 30 days.

Interest in the youngster has subsequently grown, with Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid among the clubs believed to be monitoring his situation – as per the Evening Standard.

The Red Debate claim that the Reds have already completed the transfer, and offer a screenshot taken from the player’s Snapchat as fuel for the fire.

I can’t speak on the reliability of The Red Debate, but if they’re after attention on social media then they’d surely pick a more illustrious target than Elliott.

That being said, the Fulham lad could link up with some of the most promising rising stars at Anfield in Ki-Jana Hoever, Joe Gomez and now Sepp van den Berg. Keep your eyes peeled on this one, Reds.

Liverpool have already recruited a young talent this summer in van den Berg, who Bayern Munich and Ajax were desperate to sign, and a move for Elliott certainly isn’t out of the question.
