Italian team Fiorentina, who are one of the sides interested in signing 18-year-old striker Bobby Duncan from the Reds, have reportedly identified another teenage starlet as an alternative to the ex-Manchester City man.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Flamengo’s Brazilian Pedro Arthur is on their radar, though a move might have to wait until January.
Yesterday, Duncan’s agent made huge claims that the Reds have bullied Duncan this summer, and that the actions of sporting director Michael Edwards, who has denied him a move away from Merseyside, have damaged the teenager’s mental health, causing him to be stuck in his bedroom for four days.

The full statement from Duncan’s agent can be viewed by clicking here. Jamie Carragher was quick to hit back at Duncan’s agent through Twitter, and this morning, Saif Rubie has deleted his account.
The Reds also issued an official statement on the matter, labelling the accusations “unfounded”. Hopefully, the issue can be resolved quickly so Duncan can get his health back on track and the situation can come to an amicable conclusion.
