Alisson is expected back between Liverpool’s sticks very shortly.
The player himself wants to play against Leicester City on Saturday, but it might well be that he must wait until after the international break – when we’re 100% sure he’ll be back up and running.
But if he does play at the weekend, we’ll be seeing him without his glorious beard – which has clearly caused distress to a number of Liverpool fans on Twitter!
In fairness, he still pulls off the stubble look pretty well.
Adrian has done well in our net, but it would be good to have the man named best goalkeeper on the planet in 2019 back.
His inclusion will likely help our high-line, as Adrian is less able to coming out of his box and sweeping up longer balls delivered over the top.
