Jurgen Klopp provides positive injury update ahead of LFC’s trip to Bournemouth – no new concerns

Good news for Liverpool fans – manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that there are no fresh injury concerns ahead of the Reds’ trip to Bournemouth this weekend.

There was a lot of rotation as the Redmen put five past Everton in the week, and there may have been some worry among fans that there’s some unheard injury news. But that isn’t the case, as per the Liverpool Echo.

Fabinho and Joel Matip remain the only concerns in the squad, along with Nathaniel Clyne, as the Reds look to cope through a period in which two of their best defensive bodies are missing.

Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson put in a good shift to fill the void that is Fabinho, and Dejan Lovren is doing a more than admirable effort alongside Virgil van Dijk.

Alisson is set to return between the sticks for the team, after sitting out the Merseyside Derby through suspension.

Speaking of cards, should Trent Alexander-Arnold get booked against Bournemouth, he will be suspended for our next fixture for accumulating too many yellows.

The Cherries aren’t in the best run form at the moment – they lost in their last outing 1-0 to Crystal Palace. With Liverpool on an unbeaten run of 32 games, I’m tipping the Reds for the win.
