We’ve seen some pretty remarkable goals in Liverpool’s pre-season training camp so far, with Trent Alexander-Arnold’s ludicrous effort standing prominently in recent memory.
Curtis Jones added to that tally with his own somewhat unorthodox volley, which took shotstopper Marcelo Pitaluga by surprise.
On the receiving end of a lofted pass, the Englishman bounced his effort on the training ground turf with the Brazilian caught stranded and watching the ball sail toward the upright and in.
The 20-year-old is one that is due for a potentially big season at Liverpool, having impressed initially in the club’s prior campaign.
