Sadio Mane has proved again why he’s one of the nicest men in football, after Liverpool defeated Watford 2-0 at Anfield.
The Senegalese forward met up with countryman Ismaila Sarr after the game, and bumped into Troy Deeney. The Reds star didn’t hesitate in wishing the Watford man a Merry Christmas, and then told him to take care of “his boy” Sarr.
It’s a little thing – but Mane didn’t have to say any of it. He could have simply walked away when one of Sarr’s team-mates walked over, but he was as warm as ever.
