ST- Didier Drogba (Chelsea)
He may 37, but the Ivorian has proved that he still has the ability to find the back of the net, which has been our Achilles heel this season. He arguably has one more season in him at Premier League level, which would put a lot of sides off, but with no fee required to sign him, it is a very tempting proposition.
ST- Luiz Adriano (Shakhtar Donetsk)
His lack of experience in the major European leagues arguably counts against him, but the Brazilian has proved that he can score against some of the continent’s best sides, as he is this season’s leading goalscorer in the Champions League. Once again, the risk of signing him is negated by the opportunity to get him for free.
ST- Andre-Pierre Gignac (Marseille)
The 29-year-old has been in fantastic form for his club this season, scoring 20 goals in Ligue 1 alone. If he was to leave France, he would be an excellent option to have available to Brendan Rodgers, as he has proven that he can score regularly with both feet.
