Young Liverpool starlet smashes in a hat-trick for England U17s

Our promising young star Rhian Brewster scored a hat-trick for England U17s against Croatia as the Three Lions side ran out as comfortable 5-0 winners.

England go up against Croatia, Greece and Germany in the four-nation tournament – which is designed to serve as a warm-up competition for the U17 Championship qualifying campaign which begins in a month.

The 16-year-old put England 2-0 ahead on the ten-minute mark then added a second to make it 4-0 on 30 minutes.

He wrapped up his hat-trick on 62 minutes, rounding the keeper before slotting home.

At club level, he is currently getting his first serious run in the U18s side under Neil Critchley. According to the Echo, he scored on his first two starts, but was on the losing team in the loss to Everton last week.
