There’s about as much chance of Liverpool firing Jurgen Klopp and appointing David Moyes as there is of Ryan Giggs ever being approached to take charge!
But a journalist still asked the former Manchester United winger about whether he’d ever consider the Liverpool manager’s job – having recently turned down Swansea City.

According to the Welshman he’d give us the same answer, not that it’s a question he’ll EVER have to ask.
“No. Just a no,” he told the Express.
“That’s no disrespect to Liverpool, I just wouldn’t. I would no longer have friends!”
To be fair, Giggs taking over Liverpool would be the direct equivalent of Steven Gerrard being appointed manager of Manchester United.
Can you actually imagine… The thought makes us physically unwell!
There’s no job for Giggs under Jose Mourinho, so he’ll likely have to cut his teeth at a smaller club before a return at some point in the future. At Liverpool though, we can see Gerrard eventually working under Jurgen Klopp – who’s said before there’ll always be a role for him at the club.
Klopp’s got a tightly-knit coaching team, but when Gerrard hangs up his boots, there’ll be no better place to learn his trade than under the German’s guidance.
