We cannot overestimate how impressed we’ve been with Jordan Henderson this season.
Not only has he stayed fit, but he’s led the team fantastically and adapted to his new position at the base of midfield seamlessly.

Statistically, he’s outshining everyone in Premier League midfields. He’s covered the most distance, made the most passes and most tackles too. That’s seriously dominant – especially when you consider the permanently lauded N’Golo Kante plays every game for Chelsea.

For successful long passes, Henderson is leading any outfield player in Europe – with Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos and Bayern Munich’s Thiago Alcantra trailing him.
